Cut to a generous ~2-3mm thickness, it holds up beautifully whether served cold in a quick salad or gently warmed for that classic deli sandwich experience.
Cold: Straight into salads, sandwiches, or cold platters.
Hot — Steam (ideal): Warm through on medium heat for the most tender result.
Hot — Skillet (fast & crispy): A splash of water or beef broth under a lid to steam, then sear 2-3 minutes per side for a crispy edge.
Hot — Microwave (quickest): Between damp paper towels, 30-60 seconds at a time.
Keep frozen at -18°C until ready to use. Refrigerate at 0–4°C for 12–24 hours before use, and consume within shelf life.
