A gentle touch of warmth: Heating isn't recommended, as it can affect the delicate texture and flavor. If you want a touch of warmth, add bresaola to a dish just before serving — draped over a freshly baked pizza or stirred into risotto — so the residual heat barely warms it without cooking it through.
