Are OAK SALT products ready to eat?

Yes — our Beef Bacon and Beef Pastrami are fully cooked and ready to eat straight from the pack. For extra flavor and texture, you can pan-fry them briefly. Our Beef Bresaola is a traditional cold cut, best enjoyed cold without cooking.

How should I store OAK SALT products?

Keep frozen at -18°C until ready to use. Bacon and Pastrami: refrigerate at 0-4°C for 12-24 hours before use and consume within shelf life. Bresaola: keep frozen at all times before use — once thawed, consume promptly and do not refreeze.

What's the difference between Beef Bacon, Beef Pastrami, and Beef Bresaola?

Beef Bacon has a rich flavor with a crispy texture when pan-fried, ideal for breakfasts and burgers. Beef Pastrami is peppered and tender, perfect for sandwiches and warm entrées. Beef Bresaola is a delicate, lean dry-cured cold cut, best for salads and gourmet sandwiches.

What is the minimum order quantity?

500g across any combination of our products (for example, 200g Bacon + 300g Pastrami).

What are the delivery charges and areas?

Delivery is a flat fee, currently available across Lahore. Orders of 3kg and above ship free.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment (card / JazzCash).

Can I heat up the Bresaola?

It's not recommended, as heat affects its delicate texture and flavor. If you'd like a touch of warmth, add it to a dish just before serving (like on a fresh pizza) so it only warms slightly without cooking through.
